Founded by Co-Directors Chelsea Andrejic & Fabio Lo Giudice.
Barry Thompson Community Hall, Artarmon.
Fabio trained at La Scala Ballet School before joining the Royal Ballet School, where he studied from 2003 to 2010. He went on to dance professionally as a Soloist with the Joffrey Ballet, performing works by choreographers including Yuri Possokhov, Ronald Hynd and George Balanchine.
He spent six years as a Soloist with the Royal New Zealand Ballet, dancing Principal and Soloist roles across the company's repertoire, including Romeo & Juliet, The Nutcracker, Carmen, Swan Lake and Serenade, before a further season as a Soloist with West Australian Ballet.
Since relocating to Sydney in 2019, Fabio has brought that same precision to Sydney Dance Company, AMPA, private coaching, and eisteddfod/competition solo preparation, alongside serving with Chelsea as an adjudicator for the NSW Cecchetti Ballet Medal Awards.
His focus is on technical clarity and musicality, giving every dancer the tools to perform with genuine artistry, not just correct steps.
Chelsea began her professional training at Conlan College and Tanya Pearson Classical Coaching. In her second year of training she was awarded the Silver Medal at the Genée International Ballet Competition, going on to complete her training at the English National Ballet School on scholarship, graduating with a Diploma of Dance in 2010.
That same year, Chelsea joined the Slovak National Ballet Corps de Ballet, promoted to demi soloist within a year, and to soloist in 2015. Over her career she performed a wide range of soloist roles across classical and contemporary repertoire, including working personally with Nacho Duato on Duende, dancing the solo couple in Uwe Scholz's Second Symphony, and creating the role of Lady Darkness in Natalia Horecná's Slovak Dances.
Her repertoire spans both classical and contemporary works across the world's great ballets.
Chelsea brings that same depth of technical and artistic experience to every group class and private lesson at Premier Ballet Academy, with an added, rarer perspective. Alongside teaching, she works full-time as a physiotherapist at Square One in Mosman, giving her an injury-aware, body-literate approach to training young dancers safely and sustainably. Over the past year, she has adjudicated the Sydney Eisteddfod Ballet Scholarship and the Northern Beaches Eisteddfod, alongside serving with Fabio as an adjudicator for the NSW Cecchetti Ballet Medal Awards.
Her focus is on building strong technical foundations early, so students progress through the grades with both confidence and physical resilience.
Our common goal is to develop and nurture young students into well-disciplined, confident young dancers, learning and training in a comfortable, safe, and supportive environment.
Every class blends full RAD syllabus training with technique drawn from the Royal Ballet method, alongside private one-on-one lessons for those wanting extra support or exam preparation.
The whole program is overseen by Co-Founder and physiotherapist Chelsea Andrejic, and led by physio-informed safety standards in every class.
